With a machine length to Drill Rod length ratio which simply wont be beaten, the Mini Mac provides the ultimate power to size package and is a highly versatile and easy to operate machine, suited for use by the experienced contractor or by those entering the discipline for the first time.
With an overall length of just 1500mm and width of 400mm, the Mini Mac can be launched in all those hard to access areas. Tooling and Services can also be pulled in over the body eliminating the need for the pit to be any larger than required to fit the machine in.
The Mini Mac body is constructed from a single piece of folded high strength steel and cross braced with welded in Stake Down tubes and End Bracing Support Tubes, which make the body extremely strong and torsionally stiff to ensure the machine, constructed with high quality parts and fittings, gives maximum life with minimal maintenance.
All hydraulic hoses to the Carriage run inside the body providing maximum protection and ensuring a clear unobstructed working area.
The Mini Mac can be run off a portable power pack, an excavator, or any other suitable hydraulic power source and can be directionally steered using any suitable proprietary location equipment.
Simple to use Hydraulic Controls allow variable speed control of spindle, thrust and pullback.
Simple to use by one person, highly compact and packing the necessary performance, the Mini Mac leads the world in its class.
The Mini Mac can be lifted using the fitted lifting eyes, or for ease of transport or for those jobs where access for machinery is limited, the Control Panel, Carriage and Sliding Spanner are all easily removed from the body making any one piece of the machine manageable by two able bodied persons.
For added versatility, the Mini Mac is available in a number of forms other than a standard Pit Drill, which include: A self contained surface launch track mounted unit With power pack. The Mini Mac unit is readily removable from the Track Unit for those occasions where a Pit drill is required,
giving total flexibility.
A trailer mounted surface launch unit, enabling the unit to be towed to site and quickly set down with an adjustable Stakedown Plate. Again the Mini Mac unit is readily removable from the Trailer for those occasions where a Pit Drill is required, giving total flexibility.
An optional extra for the Pit Drill configuration is a Surface Launch Frame, which can be readily fitted and removed as required and is fully adjustable for launch angle.
